1. Can I check where is my order?

2. Where can I find my tracking number?

We aim to ship all the packages on the purchase day so your tracking number should be sent to you via email within 24 hours. However, due high volume of orders it is not always possible so please allow 48 hours to receive your tracking number after you have placed your order. Please do reach out if you haven’t received yours after 2 days by contacting support at

3. How long does it take to deliver my order?

The processing time is usually no longer than 24 hours, up to 48 hours in cases of high season, but most orders are being processed within few hours after the purchase has been made. Estimated delivery is 3-5 business days after the package has left our warehouse.

Naturally, personalized products like books or watches can take a little bit longer. Please estimate 14-21 days for engraved watches orders and 6-14 days for personalized books. If you need your order faster, please send us a message and we'll see what we can do.

4. How much does shipping cost?

We do have flat shipping rate of $2.99 per order. If your order is above $50 shipping is on us :)

5. Do you ship outside of US?

Unfortunately, at the moment we only offer national delivery, but we do consider expanding our offer to other countries as well.

If you need to makes changes to your order please contact us immediately after placing the order.

7. My Item Arrived Damaged

We do ship every item with extra care. Despite our best efforts some products may arrive damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

If this happens to you, please reach out to our support desk with:

  • A picture of the damaged product
Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.

At Kreative Hedgehog, we have a dedicated research team that works directly with our suppliers. We check all products before offering it to wider audience.
